They generate high resolution digital 3D models accurately, and are great for manufacturers, systems integrators, academic institutions, visual effect studios, and research labs that require 3D scan data for applications such as inspection, measurement, visualization, reverse engineering, or rapid prototyping.
3D scanner could also create colorful 3D model images, by being equipped with Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera. The Digital Single Len Reflex could be configured by the user and the 3D scanner could automatically identify it when it connects
with each other.
